“Nice quiet place to stay.”

“We had stayed at Bandicoot Motor Inn for one night in their Family room as last minute decision while travelling from Adelaide to Melbourne. The check-in was easy and the room was clean. Though it was a short stay, I wanted to leave just after few hours, had an eerie feel to the place. There was a particular smell in the room as it seems it was closed for a long time and even the air condition wasn’t in the room were the main bed was. “This a unique property, very cosy and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised and very charming with a well presented modern attached bathroom. Karen was a really helpful host and the location for us was great especially as Karen gave us so much advice and assistance to plan our day in the Grampians. Sadly due to the cloud cover we did not get to see the night sky but on a clear night anyone keen on stargazing will have a great view. “We were almost going to cancel our trip due to severely cold wet weather forecast for the long weekend but we had come from NW WA to visit the Casterton Kelpie Muster and decided to continue. We walked into the house - and it was the "wow" factor!! The decor is tasteful, white and bright contrasting with a beautifully polished wooden floor.
