“I truly cannot say enough great things about this property and its hosts. Our group had such a great time here. The house was in fantastic condition, it was thoughtfully stocked with supplies, and had every amenity one could imagine. The property is beautiful and obviously has more space than we knew what to do with. “Rented the house with a three-generation family group for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby town. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch to read, chat or drink coffee with the sound of the rushing creek in the background, and had fun playing horseshoes, pool, and exploring the creek. “Place was cute. The master bedroom was nice and comfortable. Didn’t cook on this trip but house had everything you would need. The little pond had frogs which were cute and we had a deer in the yard on the last morning which was fun to see. The hot water did smell like sulfur/rotten eggs but that seems common for this area. Angel responded very quickly when I had a question. This was very helpful. ”

We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. “We had a wonderful stay at The Clock House! The location is so serene with views looking out over the Delaware River, and the open yard was filled with beautiful wildlife. We even caught a bald eagle fishing morning! The proximity to the park and playground was also perfect with our toddler!The inside of the house is incredibly designed and detailed, and they have thought of everything for your stay.
