Air conditioning like rest of property very outdated. Its a hotel someone bought and using it as a cash cow without doing much updating. Bull crap property fees PER CUSTOMER of 50 bucks supposedly to pay for amenities when there really isnt any. Advertises FREE WiFi but yet YOU are paying for it obviously. Its just a extra charge to make more money. So if see room advertised for 77 discount keep in mind they will add 50 bucks to it. Also it was 85 to 90 degrees week we stayed. They did not state pool was closed. So call ahead to make sure pool is open as they wont tell you. Also its all stairs. No elevator so not disabled friendly. If just need a place lay head overnight its fine. But not good to bri g kids or older family.

The gentleman at the front desk, has absolutely zero customer service!! He was very rude! The young lady that checked me in was absolutely amazing!!! She has a great personality and super friendly! You need someone like her in that position especially for customers that you’d like to return OR to present good feedback for you all! Felisha

Overpriced, room did not match the description. Booked a King bed with a recliner and found a chair with automan. Bed feels like cardboard and tv is small. Not too mention the room was small as well. Breakfast was a small selection only good part is the owners and theres some stores right there. Definitely not worth the price i paid in my opinion. Upstairs hallway is not cooled so its very warm but ac in the room works well!!! They need slightly bigger tvs and update ac/heater units.

This was a difficult property to rate. The price was excellent, it was clean, and the staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the fridge was cold, and everything in the room worked. I had my dog with me, and they gave me a room close to the back entrance, which was handy to a good amount of grass for walking the dog. There was quite a lot of cigarette buttts and trash at the edge of the parking lot. The motel was well back from the highway, and I never heard noise from the road, or from the Arby's in front of the property. However, the property was showing some age. My A/C struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, especially in the evenings, after the motel soaked in the 94F degrees heat all afternoon. This was with the unit running full blast on the lowest setting 24 hours a day. Not much can be done about that on a weekend, and I was too settled in to change rooms, so I only mentioned it to the front desk person as I checked out. He did say that they were aware of the problem, and they had new units ready to replace the old ones as needed. The breakfast was simple. I only tried it once, but I remember 4 types of cereal, some packaged things like muffins and mini donuts, some yogurt, apple juice, milk, and coffee. The breakfast area was clean and quiet. The coffee was surprisingly decent, unlike at many other cheapish motels. So, overall, I would stay there again, as long as the rates were low enough for me to not mind the minor inconveniences.

They’re renovating their property but key items like tubs and vanities were not included and should’ve been, there was no place for our luggage, no outlets by the beds to plug in electronics, door had a huge gap in it, millipedes were coming from the tub drain and where they had painted the room and not ventilated properly afterwards it was overwhelming strong not to mention the man who had frequent visitors all night in the back of the parking lot.
