"Love the concept of this hotel. We didn’t go to Ireland to stay in a room all day. The sustainable and energy conservation idea of this property encouraged us to get out and explore more than we normally would have. Marta was our favorite staff member she was so nice and personable. "
"This is our third time staying at this property. We enjoy the location, convenience and amenities of the property. It is an easy walk to most things and just off a main road (O’Connell Street). Rooms are fairly modern although depending on which room you receive it can be spacious and others more constrained (due to room shape). We love the included continental breakfast option and have enjoyed this amenity each time we visited. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back!"
"The hotel was nice. Customer service was excellent, like crazy good. We had an issue with the AC in our room and after trying to figure out what was wrong gladly changed us to another room and gave us 2 vouchers for a couple of drinks for the inconvenience. Nice touch. Rooms are smaller but not overly so. Beds were comfortable. The property is centrally located so you can walk downtown and go, go, go. It's just enough off the main area that its quiet. "
