To start off, I would like to say that the owner was nice and somewhat communicative when it came to questions/help. However, throughout the stay, the issues that were had continued to arise. The first few main issues I and my s/o had with the room were the bugs. One being in the dresser (picture) and one on the floor walking into the bedroom. The second main issue doesn't have much to do with the room but more with the big selling point with it. That being the Vrbo being within walking distance to the park. Before booking this Vrbo, it stated the park was an 11-minute walk, and in the host notes, it stated it was a 20-minute walk. However, taking that walk Tuesday morning, we came to find out that the road used to walk to Hershey was closed as well as the sidewalk, so there wasn't even a way to walk to Hershey that was remotely close to those 2 times prior (picture). That is the MAIN reason we booked this Vrbo. There were a few smaller issues we had, like the carpet that clearly wasn't vacuumed and was quite dirty, as well as the kitchen, when we arrived (pictures), there was someone else's sock under the bed, and the sheets were extremely dusty, so we didn’t end up sleeping under the covers. Regarding the door issue, the owner should put in the notes after the purchase to only unlock the bottom lock as well as that the door has issues with opening. Overall this place was not worth the money.
