“Tadellos”

“Would give negative stars if it was possible. Rented an apartment room with a kitchenette as we were staying for a few weeks. Checked in only to find old food with mold in the cabinets. Must have been rotting for months. I brought this up to the hotel. They apologized and provided us with a different room. Fine! The next day, my mother-in-law checked. “乾淨”

“3個人房間空間太小”

“Room Service is Good, which stcik to the 15:00 check in policy. Breakfast : only the Coffee is excellent, the breakfast choice is not worthy for 9,50 Euro , very few choice. Cleanness: excellent The room is very clean but very small, and very very noisy, you can hear people talking on the street, noice from downstair restaurant, awfuly noisy. Two things are not satisfied: one is very noisy, the other one is breakfast is extremly simple.”

“Great service”

“Everything’s was great ! Especially love the people working in the hotel who always gave friendly responses to my requests and questions. The location is about 10 minute walk from Erlangen station, with a huge luggage. DM, Muller, bakeries, restaurants, department store and shopping mall are within perimeter. Pretty much convenient for shopping, dining and drinking with friends.”

“Poorly designed room. Small bathroom.”
