When the clerk did arrive, she was short with the guests and really not a pleasant person to be around. Went to breakfast at 7AM and there wasn't much set up so it meant a walk to Waffle House for breakfast. Hall and stairwells were extremely dirty, mud and such all over, and had a foul odor.
