110 Shorewood is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, first floor villa that features a patio with a private staircase down to the courtyard below and the ocean! To the right of the entrance are the two bedrooms. The first room has two twin beds and a small TV with DVD player. It shares a bathroom with the hallway. The newly updated bathroom has a single vanity with granite counters and tub/shower combo. The master suite has a coral color palette and décor and has a king size bed and 32” TV. The private master bathroom has been recently updated in 2024 and has a single vanity with granite counters and shower only. The master bedroom also has beautiful views of the ocean and access to the covered patio where there is a high top table that seats four. Views of the lush landscaping and the ocean background make this a very tranquil place to sit and relax.

To the left of the entrance is the main living area. The galley style kitchen has blue countertops and a stainless steel refrigerator. There are two stools at the countertop. The full size washer and dryer is behind closed doors. The glass topped dining room table seats six. The living room has large sized windows that let in a lot of natural light. There is a tan sofa and love seat and a 32" flat screen television. You have access to the patio from this room as well.

The Shorewood Complex is a short walk away from Coligny Plaza (60+ shops/restaurants and a grocery store). Be sure to visit the Lowcountry Celebration Park, which is just across the street. This new, 10-acre park features the Sandbox Children's Museum, and the Adventure Playground, complete with a pirate ship and a wading pool!

South Forest Beach is one of the best places to stay on Hilton Head Island. The beautifully landscaped complex at Shorewood has an oceanfront pool with bathrooms nearby. There is also a baby pool for young ones to play in. Guests will enjoy that Shorewood is located very close to some great shopping, dining, and entertainment areas on Hilton Head Island.
