29 Sandpiper is a fantastic 6 bedroom, 6 bath home located in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head that is only 55 steps to the beach! It is perfect for large family get-togethers with plenty of space for everyone and a pool and yard made for entertaining.

Upon arrival, a large circular drive provides plenty of parking. The entrance to the pool and yard is through an iron gate that just exudes southern charm. The side yard features a pool and spa, with a seating alcove nestled under oaks and palms. An outdoor shower is available for getting the sand out of your toes and new gas grill and a triple size picnic table with benches can handle any group. Under the home is a built-in bar with seating, offering a shady area to gather. A ping pong table is located here as well to give everyone some shade after soaking the rays in at the pool and beach!

As you look at the side pool yard, the entire scene looks like vacation paradise in a nut-shell. With the two porches overlooking the pool, beach chairs lining the pool, the old brick grills, and picnic tables, there are so many ways to enjoy your time outside at this home! Not to mention the gorgeous coastal blue scheme of the home with tan accents, beautiful artwork throughout, captures the essence of the beach perfectly.

You enter the home and are immediately in a delightful, spacious open floor plan with kitchen, dining and two separate seating areas - one with a sectional couch with a sleeper sofa, additional seating under window with cushioned bench, and wall mounted 75" UHD Smart TV. The second seating area with couch and love seat and two club chairs is grouped around a decorative fireplace, perfect for quiet conversation and relaxing after a day in the sun. Two separate areas, yet can be together as well!

The updated kitchen has granite countertops and a beautiful glass tile backsplash, state of the art stainless appliances offset by white cabinetry. The bar has seating for 2. The adjacent dining area has a large table with chairs and bench seating to accommodate 8-10. All of the kitchen and dining seating is perfect for a big family dinner, as well as a small lunch break at the bar seating. There is also access to the back deck with rectangle table/6 chairs and steps leading down to the yard area. From the front, the two story windows allow plenty of light as well as access to side porch with views of the pool.

Three bedrooms are also located on this level. On one side is the children's wing (but can accommodate adults as well) with two bedrooms, each with ceiling fan and wall mounted flat screen 40” and 42” TV. Each bedroom contains a bunk bed set with a double bed on bottom and twin bunk on top, along with trundle. The two bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower combination located off the small hall and the entire area can be closed off from the living space. This wing of the home is great for a big group of friends or cousins to bundle up together and recount stories from earlier in the day at the beach, while the adults can unwind with a glass of wine or watch a movie. On the other side of the living room is a large, elegant King bedroom with dark wood furniture, a wall mounted flat screen 40” TV, comfortable reading chair, and access to the balcony. A private bath features granite counters, glass bowl sink and shower only.

Upstairs is a wide, open landing space overlooking the living area below and containing seating/den area with Queen Sleeper Sofa and two chairs, along with a large wall mounted 46” flat screen TV. At the end of this room is an alcove containing a desk with wall to wall windows with view of ocean. This is a great space to hang out and enjoy some time with each other with great panoramic views of the sunset behind you.

Off this area 3 more bedrooms are located as well as a full size laundry room. To the left at the top of the stairs is an expansive Master with King bed, 55" UHD TV, window alcove with chair & lamp, perfect for quiet moments reading or planning the next day's activities. Dark wood furniture completes the stylish decor. A private bath with huge tub, his and her separate vanities, and separate shower, along with walk-in closet, separate water closet, skylights and vaulted ceiling add to the feel of this sanctuary.

On past the den on left is another King bedroom painted with serene blue walls accented with white furniture, paisley shades of blue with silver accent lamps, and wall mounted 42” flat screen TV. A private bath has a shower only, skylights and vanity with glass bowl sink. The final bedroom is also a Master King with dark furniture, a 52” flat screen TV, repose gray walls, a bay window wall alcove with cushioned rattan chair/ottoman, the perfect place to put your feet up after a busy, fun-filled day. A private bath features 2 separate granite topped vanities with white raised sinks, jetted tub & separate walk-in shower with bench, and separate water closet.

Each room in this home has its own color scheme that perfectly creates a fun and new feeling no matter which room you call your own. From the fun, playful kid's rooms, to the beautiful and elegant adult rooms, the home is a perfect balance of luxury and laid-back.

Most importantly, the beach is only steps away and located at the end of the street, making 29 Sandpiper the perfect Hilton Head beach retreat for you and your family and friends!

Your privacy and comfort are very important to us. To help maintain the property and ensure everything stays in excellent condition, there will be a few routine services performed during your stay:

- Pool maintenance (e.g., cleaning, checking on pool pump, emptying the skimmer basket and chemical balancing)
- Garden and landscaping upkeep (mowing, trimming, leaf blowing etc.)
- Trash service, which includes accessing the garage area to collect bins for scheduled pickup
- Pest Control

All of these services are performed by trusted professionals and will only occur during daylight hours. The teams will work quickly and respectfully, and their presence should cause minimal disruption. Other than the garage for trash access, no one will need to enter the home. As the property manager and owner, I will never enter the home without prior notice and your consent, except in the rare case of an emergency.

Buckeyes visit HHI

29 Sandpiper has a wonderful location, very close to the beach, a short bike ride to Coligny shops and restaurants. The house is spacious, was very clean and filled the needs of our 14 family members. The pool and hot tub were very nice and maintained very well. The host was outstanding, kept us informed about everything with constant communication. Our stay was simply a great experience.

Wonderful home for 3 generations.

The home was wonderful. The large open area with kitchen, dining room, tv area and sitting area was perfect for our large 3 generation family. The pool was very private with lovely landscaping and a very short walk to the beach. The communication with the owner, Martin, was great. The property managers were very pleasant and responsive to a couple of questions that we had.
