Enjoy your Hilton Head getaway in this stylish 3rd-floor villa, fully remodeled and thoughtfully decorated for comfort and charm. Features include a beautifully designed kitchen with granite countertops, new flooring, and a sliding barn door for added privacy.

Relax in the stand-up tiled shower, sleep soundly on the new bed, and enjoy fresh towels and linens. The kitchen is equipped with a flat cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essentials for simple meals.

Take in great views from the private balcony, and explore the island with 2 complimentary beach bikes. Just steps to the beach and walking distance to Hilton Head’s best restaurants, shops, and entertainment!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Wonderful condo and fantastic location (it backs right into a beautiful beach). We stayed there with our two children (7 and 11) and it was perfect. Also, walking distance into the village with all of the food places, shops, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Cozy stay in a perfect location

We loved the location of this condo. We were right on the beach. The bikes that were included allowed us to take a short bike ride to nearby shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!!

My family had a great stay. Kendall was an excellent host and even helped us celebrate our anniversary with champagne and an awesome dinner recommendation. This is our second time staying in one of his properties and we’ve been very pleased both times.

Hilton Head Get Away

The VRBO was good for our visit. It was near my son and his wife who live in HHI. We were able to walk the beach, visit Savanna, Port Royal, Bluffton and Beaufort for an Oyster fest. Would stay again at VRBO.
