“Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique.”

“Tired rooms, staff not particularly enthusiastic or communicative, slow to respond to requests for basics like towels and toilet paper, most of the focus on the glitzy casino attached, and bedbugs. This wouldn't pass inspection as a three-star in most Western countries. On the plus side, the breakfast was well done, there's a good restaurant next door (Happy) with contrastingly great service (so it is possible), and it's a short walk into the town centre and other attractions.”
