This two hundred year old post-and-beam farm building has been converted into two elegant, private apartments that share a common entry. Either apartment can be reserved separately, or both can be shared by a group of guests. The property is located in a quiet and picturesque region that is close to many attractions in southern Chester County.

Wonderful location! Set in nice and quite farm country. Beautiful rustic beams in downstairs area. Small kitchen is useful to make a simple breakfast to start your day. Convenient controls for the AC so you can set to temp you like. Beautiful little patio area you relax at the end of the day sipping a glass of wine if you want. Close to shopping area and restaurants. Shirt to the fabulous Long Wood Gardens a must when you are in the area. Had great time there.

Peace and quiet. And goats.

We absolutely loved our recent 3-day stay at this charming property in PA. very roomy and open with a small local art gallery space in the front and a patio area overlooking the gorgeous green property. If you’re looking to make some new four-legged friends, the goats will definitely come say hello if you have snacks. The owners couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time in PA at Swallow’s Rest West! Everything was perfect for our stay. Location, cleanliness and amenities of apartment can’t be beat! Nice, safe and quiet neighborhood! My wife and I have stayed at Swallow's Rest every time we visit PA and love the atmosphere and the quaintness of the West Grove area. Henry is always to pleasure to speak to and makes we have everything we need. We also enjoy the mini art gallery featuring local artist. Highly recommend if you're looking for a charming getaway.

Quiet get away
