"The people working there was nice, welcoming and helpful, but thats about the only positive quality it had. There was an A/C but it didnt work, power socket didnt work, not even a toilet seat.. it's R150 for a basic toilet seat it's not much to ask for in a room. There was a large amount of dust in the room, to a point you could feel it coming down from the roof while you were laying in bed. The place looks like it might have been nice 10 years ago but hasnt seen a day of maintanance in years....

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nixon the lodge manager assisted us in taking our luggage to the room. All of the lodges are connected by a wooden walkway in the bush. The rooms were very nice and recently renovated. There is a great viewing deck where you can view the wild life. We saw 6 giraffes and several impalas the morning we were checking out which was exciting!! I would definitely recommend the Panzi Lodge to others! "

The cuisine is amazing: tasty, well-cooked, hot, and beautifully served. The guide is very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. An intense holiday experience in a magical setting. There are only four very large tents, and they are well-distributed in the bush. Everyone dines at a table together. The table is set with white, well-ironed tablecloths, and the glassware is worthy of a fine dining establishment."

A special shout-out to our guide, Andrew, whose expertise led us to see four out of the Big Five, along with many other animals in their natural habitat. Every morning and evening safari was a highlight, enhanced by thoughtful touches like coffee and snacks during the morning trips and wine and snacks in the evenings. Dining at the lodge was a delight, with gourmet meals served while we watched wildlife gather at the waterhole. This was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend!"
