"We enjoyed our stay and it was a nice quiet place to spend time with my son on his 4 day leave from Ft. Moore. My only complaint was the ants that moved on the 2nd night due to heavy rains. But a call to the emergency number and we were quickly moved to another Chalet immediately. The staff was kind and understanding about the late night call. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again."

"Our chalet was so cute and cozy! We had a wedding to attend at Callaway Gardens and this property was no more than 5 minutes from the Gardens. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the chalet itself was perfect. Especially with our three dogs! I would definitely recommend staying in any of the chalets on this property!"

"This was a perfect house for us - having the bedrooms downstairs isn't an issue - but maybe describe it better so people understand they are taking luggage down stairs. Comfortable and clean !!"

"The property is super nice but the chalet we stayed in needs upgrading. It has lots of potential HOWEVER it is time for new carpet and fresh paint and decor. Stains allllll over the carpet. We did have a good time, however if I had a baby that was at the age of playing on the floor I wld have asked to be moved. The property is fun with plenty to do and great location."

"Let me start by saying we ended up leaving after the first night. We got there and didn’t have entry info, couldn’t get in touch with anyone, and the sister(?) from next door ended up coming over to help us. Upon entry the floor was tore up and there was roach poop in all of the appliances and cabinets. We found one bed with rat poop and pee under the blanket. It says private but it’s not. I reached out to ask about a refund as we didn’t stay and have heard nothing back. Over 1500 bucks we will...

"I love the location of this property on the lake. There is a swing below the deck that is the perfect place to have a morning cup of coffee. The office staff is friendly and very helpful with a full list of restaurants and things to do. Callaway Gardens is beautiful this time of year, and this chalet was perfect for our long weekend getaway!"

"The chalet was on a property with several other chalets. Checkin was quick. Chalet was a little musty smelling. We had to have a/c set a couple degrees lower to help with the moisture issue smell. Being in woods down south thats expected. All decorations were nice and clean. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great. Couple beds could use an upgrade.at least the upstairs loft beds. Shower heads could use replacing or cleaned with mineral deposit cleaner. Screened room was seemingly beautiful but very...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the chalet. The house had a warm cozy feeling. The rooms was a good size. The living room and dining room was spacious. We just enjoyed our 4 day stay. We will rent again at Pine Mountain a Chalet again."
