Welcome to The Pointe at Topsail! Nestled between beautiful Topsail Island and the tranquil Intracoastal waterway is your ideal getaway location. Enjoy our spacious coastal home with panoramic marsh and waterway views! Conveniently located on a quiet street just before the Surf City Bridge to Topsail Island.
Newly constructed and furnished with everything you need for beach living. A fully stocked kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and cooking essentials. Our spacious dining table and nook with a large eat-at-island will seat 13 people and is perfect for entertaining! All four bedrooms include 35" Smart TVs and ample storage. The Captains Quarters style Primary Bedroom is complete with a King bed, a dedicated office/desk, and breathtaking marsh views from every window!

Bedroom 1: Furnished with a twin over twin bunk bed and an additional twin day bed. (Sleeps 3). Guests can enjoy children's books and a spacious closet as well. **If planning to use the top bunk, please request an additional set of linens!
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, walk-in closet, and marsh views from every window! This bedroom is also equipped with a Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Primary bedroom with panoramic marsh views and a King size bed with a Smart TV and separate sitting space for lounging and reading!
Bedroom 4: Furnished with a Queen size bed, walk in closet, and full bathroom!

The outdoor space boasts large decks on both the front and the back of the home, picnic table for outdoor dining, an outdoor shower, private yard, and grill. The large driveway can accommodate 4+ cars and a boat trailer.

Linen service is included in the cleaning cost. In addition to sheets, we provide fresh bath towels! We provide 9 towels total, if more are needed, please let us know in advance how many additional towels are needed! During the summer months, we also provide beach towels for our guests!

The house boasts 4 relaxing bedrooms to comfortably sleep 9 guests.
Linens and towels (9) are provided for each stay. If additional towels are needed please let us know and we are happy to provide more!

Gas grill provided, grilling allowed only in the driveway 10 feet away from all wooden structures. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks, boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund and guest will be held financially and legally responsible for damage caused by violation.
This property does not allow pets.
No smoking is allowed in the house or outside.
Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs. ** Please review cancellation policy prior to booking!
