The room was clean, but definitely needs to be upgraded. The shower doesn't get super hot, which was annoying. The beds are very firm and uncomfortable. They did allow for a late night check in which was smooth.

The room was bright and clean. The pool and outdoor jacuzzi were great after a long day. Games such as volleyball and minigolf were accessible to the kids. Parking was easy. Diego at check-in was so helful and his recommendations were great. Of the 3 resorts I used at Orlando in the last 5 years this was the favorite. I booked here because my last favorit had no availability and next time this will be my go to reservation in Orlando.
