"Overall, we liked our stay. We enjoyed everything Lego and we made great memories. There are a few things that need serious improvement though, starting with the Bricks restaurant. For starters, we are extremely upset that we paid $100 for buffet style food that was clearly sitting there all day. Not one selection of it was decent. We tried to love it but we were only able to stomach 1 bite of what we got and actually got sick. It was truly an awful dining experience and it seems like even the workers know it’s bad"

"Every thing is perfect and especially for the kids. There are a lot of activities and fantastic displays. However there is no representative to speak to on sight for any questions. And you’d think well I’ll just dial zero on the hotel room phone for a question and no, no phone. Check in was by a guard at the shack and check out was automatically done. So I’d say fantastic otherwise. But no clerk is just kinda odd. They leave a flier in the room to call a number or text another number. The call number was no answer x2 and the text number did answer my question. But again found that to be odd. 30 bucks a day for parking added fee. Pirate Restaurant was great. "
