"This place is AMAZING! You will feel as though you’re in the middle of the jungle even though civilization is nearby. The private beach is beautiful, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. There’s so much nature and animals to see all around, you’ll wake up to the sound of so many birds beautifully singing at you. It’s like out of a movie. The hot tub at the beach house is a phenomenal amenity and the staff is so friendly. This is our second time staying here and God willing...

"We stayed 3 nights. We liked that it was directly in front of beach. Nice free breakfast. Salt water pool was so nice. The staff were great. They always checked in to ensure guests were happy and had what they needed. My bad for not thinking that it is in the jungle. We saw a snake at the pool (little and not a threat), resident howler monkeys woke us at 5 am every morning (again part of nature) and sloths!! Dining options around hotel are limited however you can take a tuktuk into puerto Viejo for more dining options. "

Staff was very helpful and always willing to go out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. Amazing place and we cannot wait to return. We happened to be there at the same time one of the owners was also there.... Incredible man and you can tell he was a true businessman who cared about his staff, business, very personable and also wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Greeted every guest and made the time to make you feel comfortable and special. I am so glad we found this hotel on Hotels.com. "

"This is a very peaceful hotel with a nice pool and beautiful landscaping. The town and main road can be overwhelmingly loud and busy at times, so it was great to have a little oasis of calm just outside the main centre. The room was comfortable and well appointed and all three breakfast options were tasty. "

"Clean room and property. Free breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom did not have a door but a privacy screen was available to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. Showers took a while to warm up but never got hot, more like luke warm. But wasn’t too bad since the weather was hot and humid. "
