“Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available. “Der Service und die Lage sind hervorragend. War zum wiederholten Male da und werde wieder einkehren. Ein kleiner Abzug bzgl der lauten Lüftung im Badezimmer. Es mag auch Zimmerbedingt sein. Das war uns beim Aufenthalt im Zimmer etwas negativ aufgefallen. Ist aber nur ein marginaler Abzug ”

“Clean and pleasant with excellent staff. The room with the river view is slightly pricey. Amenities are minimal for a hotel at this price point. The hotel could not provide me toothpaste and there is no kettle in the room. It is somewhat inconvenient to go to the reception to have hot water prepared for you by the staff at the front desk. I like however the fruit bowl they have in the lobby.”

“We arrived during the evening hours and someone from the reception greeted us and went over and explained about the room and hotel facilities (inc SPA). Room was super! very large, felt well maintained and clean, and had access to a terrace. The breakfast room and food were absolutely gorgeous. We can go on and on about how beautiful the breakfast room is, and the food and drinks were superb. I would also like to mention the great staff that provided friendly and professional service to us……
