At check in the man asked if I had a pet? I said no, my boyfriend has an ADA service animal. He asked a lot of illegal and HIPPA violations questions, he also asked me to have the dog preform his duties, very illegal as well. He tried to charge me a pet fee again very illegal. Knowing my boyfriend needs his ADA dog and when I booked I asked for an assisable room, he decided to continue to be rude and gave us the farthest back room, upstairs. When walk in the room, no heat a small portable heater on the floor. It was not vacuumed, I found one outside by our door and used it and went through the whole room.At the end of the stay we needed 1 night until our other accommodations were ready and he refused us service because of the service dog, which again is very illegal. Laundry facility not working either.
