The picturesque town of Hedon is just 2 miles away and has a good selection of individual shops, tea rooms and restaurants to explore. Surrounded by open countryside, walkers and cyclists can enjoy the many tracks and trails nearby. For a day by the sea, the popular coastal towns of Withernsea (10 miles) and Hornsea (17 miles) are easily reached. Families will also enjoy visiting the famous sea life centre, The Deep, in Hull just 8 miles away.

    With all rooms conveniently located on the ground floor, enter directly into the beautifully designed open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Gather around the island for pre-dinner drinks or a game of cards. Unwind and cosy up with a film on the Smart TV after a long day of exploring the Yorkshire coast on the sinkable sofas and open up the double doors to the garden on a summer’s day. Off the living space, you will find two en-suite bedrooms, both boasting a plush king-size bed, ideal for a mellow morning lie in.

    The wrap around garden is enclosed and protected by well-established trees. To the front of the house is a large garden space and a patio which houses the hot tub and outdoor furniture where you can slow down and de-stress with al fresco drinks under the stars. To the rear of the property you will also find additional seating and an external utility room, perfect for storing bikes. Off road parking for two to three cars.
