“Nice room”

“The property was very convenient to get to the university . I personally think the room needed to be updated and the hallways the rooms were in they had a dated dusty feel. The Placery had great bartenders limited food though”

“The property was nice, for what we were there for, only 1 night, it was cool. My boys enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was really good, especially the scrambled eggs and cheese! Our room was clean, the tub could have been cleaner but I kept in mind the hotel is old. The air conditioning kept cutting off and I kept having to turn it down so it will come on. The only complaint I have, it was around 12:30am, I kept hearing a LOUD piping sound. I called the front desk, I had to use my cell phone……

“Short stop while traveling. We had one issue which was a travel ball teams kids making a lot of noise next door. We alerted Jana and she very quickly and professionally involved the parents and resolved the situation. Breakfast was better than normally expected. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant.”

“We originally booked the hotel because my son was in an accident and hospitalized. However he was discharged and we wanted to cancel the reservation but we were unable to cancel due to Expedia cancellation policy. Kipp offered to give us credit to use on a future stay from the property itself however we did not have any plans for a future stay so we decided to stay the night. The room was adequate. Parking was limited. We missed the breakfast but the morning desk attendant made coffee for us ”

“Then whole floor smelled weed. This is a large hotel, and this is not the first time I stay here. But I notice the people that tend to stay here are more and more sketchy. The whole floor smelled to marihuana. Sad.”

“A bit outdated but clean. Not as sound proof as it could be. Room was small but we liked having the separate seating area. I prepaid for room through Expedia but I had to pay the hotel directly. But overall we were pleased with our stay.”
