Nice hotel and very clean. Room was excellent and breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. The area a( a block in any direction) directly around the hotel was questionable and run down however it was only about a block and then it was nice and the downtown area.

Expedia was not clear on their site that parking was $7 per night! And, the quality of the room was not comparable to other hotels charging lower rates. Torn carpet, no shelf or counter space in bathroom, and broken window shade that maintenance didn't respond to during our five night stay. No maid service during our stay. We had to empty our own trash, and seek out linen carts to get fresh towels. The breakfast in AM was good, and the hostess/cook was excellent. Hotel, in general, needs a "freshening up".
