“Bare bones rental. Kitchen is ill equipped. No cutting board, no baking sheets, no kitchen towels, no wine or bottle opener (I went and bought my own cutting board and wine key which I left for the next renter). No blankets in living area, no extra blankets in bedrooms. House has a bit of a weird smell, I bought a candle, would suggest you do the same if you’re going to be around the house for more than sleeping. “House checked the box for a quick overnight stay. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of linens. NO linens provided for sofa bed or rollaway. Some of the beds didn’t have real sleeping pillows either only small decorative ones. If owner beefed up the linen situation it would have been a much better stay. Needed more towels as well. Messaged about needing more linens and received no response back.”

“Overall our stay was great. The house was clean and the communication with the host was easy. They allowed us to extend stay last minute. The house states that it sleeps 24, but I would not bank on that as the houses are not very large and some of that may include couches and top bunks. There are not enough towels (bath and kitchen) or silverware for large groups. Additionally, while the rental included 2 houses, the price seems steep for Athens area during the off season.
