We stayed here because the resort looked beautiful and it was... the decor and style was amazing! Beautifully done. Unfortunately, I should have gotten the clue when we walked into the room and laying on the bedside was a white noise machine and ear plugs. Not only could we hear the trains - but we could hear our neighbors on either side fully!! Their convos and their music, they weren't loud there was just no sound barrier whatsoever in between the rooms. Until this is fixed I do not recommend this place. We were woken up both mornings super early by our neighbors - even though we were trying to sleep in. Not fun.

Overall we found the rooms to be very clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Sound deadening/insulation was not the best in that we could hear other guests conversation/activity from the room above as well as the room next door. Railroad noise was noted although it was less prevalent during the weekend. Electrical outlet in bathroom sink area was hard to find at first and difficult to access as it was underneath the vanity. The bar/lounge area was nice, the mixed drinks were very good and the bar food we ordered was good as well. I failed to get the name of the young lady that was tending bar and delivering our drinks (she wore suspenders if that helps identify her) but she was extremely pleasant and skilled and my wife particularly enjoyed the espresso martinis that she prepared. Overall we had a nice stay despite the issues i pointed out.

Property is beautiful and staff is welcoming and helpful. Genieve and Alyssa are top notch. Spa was fabulous. Mandy the manager is fantastic and massage therapists Alexis and Ellie provide therapeutic massages. They are excellent.

Lovely room but very cold on a winter day. I adjusted the thermostat but the room didn’t warm up. Also to park close, valet parking is mandated. Free parking is around the corner and a short walk. No instructions were given at check-in on how to keep the lights from auto turn off. Your card had to be in a slot to keep the on. This info should have have been given at check-in.

It’s very beautiful! Clean, nice staff. Only downside… extremely thin walls. If you’re easily bothered by hearing your neighbor, I’d rethink. Our room also didn’t have a wall that separated the shower and the beds! That was surprising! Overall a nice hotel.

Staff was courteous and welcoming; room was fairly clean- some dead little ladybugs, flies on the floor, carpet was unraveled in a couple of places. Otherwise beautiful room, modern, great toiletries .
