“Was perfect beyond expectations de Room, comfort, staff, location and amenities ”

“This hotel is beautiful. However if you’re going to run a contactless business you should find a better route to conflict resolution than calling your guests and accusing them of smoking pot in your rooms. I was headed to dinner for Valentines Day when someone called, representing the hotel, and said a strong smell of marijuanna was reported coming from my room. The only person on the premises we encountered was a cleaning lady so I assume it was her who reported us. Suffice to say; neither of……

“Breakfast wasn’t good. Also, it would be nice to have a variety of coffee creamer for guess with food allergies.”

“We stayed here because the resort looked beautiful and it was... the decor and style was amazing! Beautifully done. Unfortunately, I should have gotten the clue when we walked into the room and laying on the bedside was a white noise machine and ear plugs. Not only could we hear the trains - but we could hear our neighbors on either side fully!! Their convos and their music, they weren't loud there was just no sound barrier whatsoever in between the rooms. Until this is fixed I do not……

“A bit outdated but clean. Not as sound proof as it could be. Room was small but we liked having the separate seating area. I prepaid for room through Expedia but I had to pay the hotel directly. But overall we were pleased with our stay.”

“The front desk clerk greeted us warmly and was helpful. Check in was quick. The room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. For a motel we were surprised how quiet it was. No noise from traffic or other rooms. No blow dryer which was not an issue just something to note. Bring your own. Breakfast was pastries, bagels, make your own waffle, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Oatmeal packets. Enough to get the day started. If we needed to stay in Athens again we would stay here again. ”
