"Hotel razoável. A localização é boa, bem próxima à rua das pedras. Café da manhã tem opções boas e variadas. Alguns pontos negativos: não tem estacionamento, os funcionários orientam deixar o carro numa rua próxima, que é uma ladeira bem íngreme; Pra usar o frigobar do quarto tem que pagar à parte; hotel com muitas escadas espalhadas e sem elevador; muita burocracia pra fazer o check in, me colocaram pra assinar vários papeis (um dizendo q nao queria o café, outro dizendo que nao queria o...

"I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia . "
