"Great location, walkable to everything close to the tunnel / walk with several great restaurants and massage and nail and lots of stuff… I actually walked back from Zangjiajie park … though it was close enough Staff was so nice and helped me book several attractions… , room could use some painting but I loved their fancy toilet bidet !!!"

"An unforgettable stay, Exceptional Hospitality at Its Finest! I have stayed in many places around the world, but I can truly say we have never experienced such an excellent level of service at any other hotel before. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and the hospitality we received is unmatched. A massive, honorable mention goes to Chelsey and Robert at the front desk. They were absolutely incredible and went completely above and beyond for us. Their outstanding assistance made our trip perfect. Not only did they carefully guide us through the park, but they were also right there to solve literally every single problem or question we had during our stay. Furthermore, the fact that Chelsey and the rest of the staff spoke such excellent English made a world of difference for us. It immediately made us feel so much more comfortable and genuinely at home. If you want a flawless stay where the staff treats you like family and goes the extra mile, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Chelsey, Robert, and the entire team!"

"The room was well appointed and had a scenic view of the mountains. The shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with all kinds of services available. The breakfast was tasty with a wide assortment of options. Good coffee machine with espresso. The area is quiet and secluded - I saw some beautiful birds in the nearby trees. I also tried food from their restaurant and it was cooked well."

"We truly loved the property and enjoyed our stay. The session with the tea master/calligrapher was wonderful. The staff was helpful throughout. Just a note to people unfamiliar with the area: the property is extremely close to the Western gate, which is very convenient for entry to the national park. If you are planning on entering the park through the middle or eastern gates, it is much less convenient. The park is enormous and the drive to the other gates can take an hour or longer. However, Western gate access is amazing!"

"Even before we arrived, we were already in the caring hands of the hotel's concierge, Susan，She tailored the perfect sightseeing itinerary around our schedule and the weather, and even sorted out our onward transportation to the next stop. Whatever we needed, she responded right away and took care of everything flawlessly. The hotel is full of thoughtful touches, but the standout for us was the laundry service — no matter how late we sent our clothes out, the next morning we'd open the door to find them washed, neatly folded, and waiting in the laundry basket. I thanked Concierge Susan in person for the wonderful care she gave our family of four. She told me she genuinely loves her job and does her utmost to make every guest's stay a joy — "that's what hospitality is all about," she said. As for the hotel itself, the location and facilities are simply impeccable. My only wish is that every hotel we stay at had a Concierge Susan."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service."

"Hotel staff are helpful and hospitable. There is laundry facilities, swimming pool and gym. The hotel located beside a shopping mall and restaurants. There are lot of medical facilities and hospital in the area. About 15- mins walk to the closet light rail, not an easy walk though as there are a lot of people, electric bikes and hawkers on the way. Breakfast choice is good and delicious. It would be more enjoyable if the breakfast staff removed the plates with leftover more quickly once the patrons finished the meal and left. It is unappetizing to eat beside dirty dishes."
