"this is a very good hotel and convenience, but the elevator is far from most of the rooms, so need a lot of walk. moreover it is reachable by walk to the airport, but you need to walk about 14 mins"
"amazing service from check-in to room service. The breakfast buffet was a bit manic but it was probably more to do with the fact that so many flights have been canceled and the hotel was completely full we really enjoyed our stay would highly recommend paying a little extra for the tower rooms request floors 21 to 26 in room 65 which has a direct view of the pearl Tower simply amazing! Soak in the bathtub and take in the Bund by night and the Pearl Tower directly in front of you. fantastic stay!!"
