IMPORTANT:  
 o The administration reserves the right of admission of visitors to the building  
 o The limit of visits allowed in the common area is 4 people per apartment  
 o Visits cannot remain in common areas without the presence of the tenant  
 o The pool does not have a lifeguard presence, so users must exercise caution when using it.  
 o We are not responsible for damage to people when using common areas  
 o Each apartment has an assigned parking  
 o Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment's premises, otherwise a fine of RD $ 5,000.00 will be charged at the time of check-out for the elimination of the smell of tobacco within it.  
 o At the end of the stay the apartment must be delivered in the same conditions as it was received, otherwise the corresponding damage or damage will be charged.  
 o The electric bill is not included in the monthly rental price  
 o A deposit will be requested in case of a month's stay and two deposits in case of a month's stay  
 o At the end of decor we invite you to have the entrance door of your apartment closed
