“Online states "Free uncovered self parking on site." When I reached out they replied the "free parking" is on the street. The street parking outside the hotel is free yes and you have to move your car every 30 min. Screen shots posted of their advertisement and the street signs. The 2nd solution was to park in a lot at the bottom of the hill and walk "5 min." Walk straight up hill in the pouring rain, 25 mph wind and in huge puddles of water. To then still have to move your car at least twice……

NIE WIEDER! - Vorwort: Ich habe 9 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und muss sagen, es war meine schlechteste Hotel-Erfahrung jemals! - Check In Bei der Anreise in der Nacht wollte ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption den vollen Gesamtbetrag der Buchung, obwohl dieser bereits über Expedia vollständig bezahlt wurde. Die Buchungsplattform musste diesen Vorfall telefonisch & schriftlich mit dem Hotel klären. Beim Check Out merkte ich schnell, dass das Problem vom Hotel ausging. Mehr dazu……
