"Service was excellent, staff were very attentive. Food was good, there was a great variety. Drinks didn’t taste like others of the same kind that I’ve had before and bartenders weren’t very knowledgeable but they were very cordial. Cups weren’t so clean but everything else was. We had a great time!"

"Only issues I found were I needed to ask for another towel for 2nd guest and more toilet paper. They didn't really have someone come to clean or change sheets/trash over 4 nights. Had to ask for more toilet paper. The water flow sometimes was choppy like alternating between strong and weak flow. However it was very clean. The only thing missing from room is a nice big mirror and the room is a bit small in terms of space. Overall nice place to stay for the price. I would return. Just be prepared...

"I enjoyed my 3 nights at this property. The pool view was absolutely amazing even though there is not an ocean view. I paid extra for breakfast and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were a few things that I did not like, such as the WiFi only working in the lobby. The balcony sliding door not being able to close or lock. They did not provide wash cloths. Other than that, it is an awesome hotel."

"Loved it. A gem food is good. Beach front. Comfortable room. Claudio at front desk was a great host. Received the best massage. I’ve been to quite a few hotel in area and this by far has been the best. Great ambiance. Relaxing. and quaint. "

"My room was with pool view and balcony. Close to restaurant, bar, beach. Very good location. Check-in was fast we arrived in the middle of the night and staff waiting for us. Thank you very much, we definitely come back here! "

"The staff was wonderful - they were courteous, helpful and efficient. However the property itself needs a good renovation. The staff do the the best they can with what they have to work with but the proprietors should clean up their act. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired - I cannot comment much on lunch and dinner, as I had only one dinner which was not very appetizing. The "private beach" advertised is a joke - there is no bar, no washrooms - just a few (8 or 10) worn out...

"Upon arrival during the checkin process they make you sign a document that specifies that once paid no refund will be available. The apartment was spectacular with a living room and a bedroom, well equipped and very clean, I though I hit the jackpot! Everything was perfect until I had to go to sleep. The acoustic contamination is truly a real problem. I cried myself to sleep, literally, is like setting a whole club with DJ included in your room until at least 3 am. It was the most outrageous,...

"We were staying at the Hard Rock for a work trip and wanted to fly in a day early and stay an extra day close by. Xeliter Cana Rock was very close! 5 minute drive. The staff was kind and super accommodating! The only drawbacks I’d say is we had hoped there was a restaurant on the property, but there was a mini grocery store, and we couldn’t get the TV to play anything. The pools were nice and we had a nice relaxing time. Thank you Cana Rock! "
