"HardRock was so beautiful, I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts and this one definitely stood out. The rooms was beautiful with a nice Jacuzzi outside on the porch in every room. Room service was 24 seven when some hotels only have it between certain hours. every single restaurant was included, except the two inside the casino. Different varieties of food, snacks, and entertainment. The only issues that I have that made me a little uncomfortable was the pressure for the timeshare. During check-in, they asked us if we wanted to do a presentation that we didn’t have to buy the timeshare that we could just look and see what they have available and see if we’re interested, and that they would also give us discounts on our excursions, the presentation was supposed to be 60 minutes and it ended up being three hours, when my wife and I declined the timeshare, the individual staff was very super aggressive with us not accepting it, he asked multiple times for us to get it and got angry that we didn’t. He then gave us to another member which his name was Tulum he was very persistent and even worse than the first guy. To the point, we walked away and he followed us, that part wasn’t a good experience. The prices were over $16,000 for the timeshare and they wanted about $2000 down and me asking them to let me think about it was not good enough. Besides that situation, everything else was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, and they did give us a discount on the excursions."

A special shout out goes to Stheve, who delivered absolutely exceptional service throughout my stay. He helped me book all my restaurant reservations with ease and made sure every detail was perfect. Not only was he professional and attentive, but he consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had an unforgettable experience. Thanks to him, I never had to worry about a thing and could fully enjoy everything the resort had to offer. The staff as a whole made the experience feel personal and special. I cannot recommend this resort enough, and I genuinely hope to return soon. If you visit, make sure to look for Stheve because he is truly a standout and a big part of what made my stay so memorable!"

Quiero hacer una mención especial al gerente, Alexis López cuya atención al detalle y liderazgo es evidente en cada rincón del hotel, se nota que su equipo está motivado y trabaja con una pasión increíble. ​Cada interacción, desde el personal de recepción, el.concierge Raphy, los camareros en los restaurantes, los bartenders en resumidas cuentas todo el personal, fue de atención de primera, me hicieron sentir como un huésped VIP y, más importante aún, como si estuviera visitando amigos.
