“Very disappointing stay. The place felt generally dirty and had a strong stale, closed-up smell, like old materials and poor ventilation. It looks decent at first because of a few cheap appliances, but it’s clear the property is run on the cheap and only superficially cleaned. Wardrobes were cluttered with leftover items, we found expired food in the kitchen cabinets, and overall it didn’t feel fresh or hygienic. When we asked about a refund, the only solution offered was to send someone late……

“I have stayed at many VRBO houses and condos over many years and this one is exceptional. It is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The floor plan is great with the two master suites well separated for privacy.Leslie, the owner, was extremely responsive and cooperative. After booking, I had an issue with the tax associated with the booking. Since it is very difficult to contact VRBO for any resolution, Leslie spent a great deal of time resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction.My……

“Listed as "Mid-Century Modern" but certainly NOT modern. The listing shows a graphic of a sofa couch and says there is a queen airbed. Instead, there is a standard couch (not meant for sleeping) and a twin airbed. There were no written instructions in the unit for accessing the pool (which is only solar heated and therefore NOT useable except in hot months) for operating the very complicated A/C and heating thermostat (there is no central heat) or for operating the small cabinet-mounted electric……

“Super cozy, comfy,, clean, chic, fun, relaxing and welcoming place to stay not only for the pleasing indoor experience but also its location for all the outdoor desert badlands experiences. We cooked up a couple of feasts, enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the excellent peaceful area for superb sleep. If anything the area is too quiet so you definitely should be respectful of the community and only have events or loud celebrations with previous consent of the owners. Great host as well, was……
