The Villa’s location is by far one of its best and most important

While immersed in the beauty and quietness of the typical Chianti landscape it is located just about 8 miles away from Florence Centre (about 20 minutes driving without trafic).

The view is breathtaking from all around the property surrounded by more than 40 acres of land belonging to the private family Estate.

In Impruneta (just about 1.2 mile away) you can spend enjoyable evenings with its plethora of restaurants, gelato Shops, Bars, a Bakery, a Supermarket, ATM and a Pharmacy. In Town, also a Farmer’s Market and a Fish market once a week.

The property is situated in a privileged position and strategically located and offers stunning views of the Florentine countryside.

· The PANORAMIC PRIVATE SALTED WATER AND HEATED POOL

The wonderful Salted-Water pool is perfectly maintained at all times.

Being fully exposed to the sun all day, the pool’s water gets very warm (often more than 28-30 Celsius/86 Fahrenheit) during the summer months, while it is heated during the Spring and Fall.

The Pool features a full set of comfortable sun loungers for 12 and two umbrellas.

A Sundeck is built in ancient terracotta adjacent to the in-ground private pool to offer a place for entertaining and relaxing.

From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the valley and the famous Tuscan rolling hills. Being exposed to the sun practically all day, the pool water reaches ideally warm temperatures also during summer.

The Pool and the outdoor lodge with forniture is Open from 1st of March to 30th of November ( size: 5 X 10 m/ 16. 4 x 33. 8 feet; depth 1.40 m/ 4.6 feet).
