“We weren't happy with our accommodation at first but after we expressed our disappointment to the Manager, he was very accommodating and offered us another room. Throughout our stay, his service and the staff has been very accommodating. The environment of the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious too. The only downside is how outdated the rooms and facilities were. If only the owner and upper management would upgrade, I would go back to stay...

“We stayed Moi Dambulla for 3 days. It was such a beautiful and peaceful stay. Its also really close to the Golden temple and can get to Sigirya easily. The staff members were excellent and went above and beyond. The place is very clean, I wasn’t keeping well on the day of checkout and the staff very kindly let us checkout late because of me. They also cooked us meals. Erande, the manager I believe and the staff were really great, we definitely recommend the stay. ”

“The standout from this place was the pool. Easily the best to date in Lanka. It runs directly East to West so has the sun permanently on it, making it lovely and warm. It also appears in very good nick so I would guess is relatively new. The room was pleasantly adequate with no complaints. The odd thing was there was no reception as such so to find someone, I discovered ‘hollering’ ended up being the best way. Location is definitely Marmite with peace, quite and seclusion giving it a glowing...

“When we arrived to the hotel lobby we started feeling something in our throat, same thing inside the room we started coughing and needed to open the windows. We did ask if they used chemical products and they say no. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room basic but clean. No tv. Bad quality mattress doing a lot of noise when using. Breakfast basic.”

"Nos dieron una habitación supuestamente Deluxe en una zona con vistas interiores, los arrozales solo desde el baño. Preguntamos si había agua caliente y después de probarlo varias veces pedimos que lo comprobaran. 20’ estuvo el gerente dejando correr el agua hasta que por fin lo consiguió. Le pedimos otra habitación y se negó así que si llegas cansado con ganas de una ducha caliente mejor busca otro sitio Habitación simple, puerta de entrada que no encaja, armario minúsculo con 2 perchas, eso sí con nevera y kettler. Lo mejor la ubicación, cerca de la zona de restaurantes y a 15’ andando de Lion’s rock "
