"Location is good - near to Hongik Univ Station exit 7, walking distance to Hongdae Street but far from the noise and chaos at night. 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are fantastic for our family. Staff are responsive and its good to have washing machine and dryer inhouse especially for winter. "

"Unfortunately I made a mistake at the booking due to our flight which arrived a day later due to time zones. There was no exception for this mistake to rebook or pay the higher price for the night. The worse thing about this hotel is however the service. When I booked for the other night they provided an invoice which was much lower then the price I paid in cash. Also when I asked for a little bit of milk they mentioned they have none but for the next client or partner there suddenly was milk available. I would not recommend this hotel at all."
