2-family house "Atelier". 300 m from the centre of Invorio, 7 km from the centre of Arona, 10 km from the centre of Meina, in a quiet position, traffic calmed area, 7 km from the lake. Private: garden with wildlife garden and flowers, public parking 50 m. Grocery, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 8 km. Golf course (36 hole) 12 km. Nearby attractions: Mottarone 28 km, Lagoni Park 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maggiore 7 km, Orta 10 km. Hiking paths: Alto Vergante 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives on the same property.  
2-room semi-detached house 70 m2\. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, TV and DVD. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating (extra), air-conditioning. Heating available only from 15.10\. to 15.04\. Terrace 25 m2, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the garden. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. #### Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Eine schöne, große Terrasse gehört zur Wohnung, mit Esstisch und Sonnenliegen, sowie ein Stück Garten in dem wir unser Auto parken durften. Für Hundebesitzer ist ganz in der Nähe auch ein kleines Waldstück zu finden. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und standen bei Fragen jederzeit per WhatsApp zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!
