“We received a wonderfully warm welcome to the hotel from professional and attentive staff. We were on holiday to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. “Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room!
I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation.
We filed for refund later, they lied……
