"Excellent.
I read some reveiws before i reserved and i didn't encounter any of the problems of others.
I arrived an hour or so late due to flight leaving late but Fede stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp and was there to greet me when i arrived and informed me that close parking was abundant after 8pm. I found that there is plenty of parking locally anyway.
Stayed 2 nights. Very clean and comfortable and i got 2 nights solid sleep.
The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and a few extras were provided, towels, drinking glasses and cutlery. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle and sink and washing up liquid.
Overall, in very happy with my stay and it was well worth the money.

"Staff was very nice and check-in was quick. They let us move into our room extra early. AC was nice and cold, bathroom clean, fridge was cold, nothing was broken. Location was right in front of central market and next to Metro. Overall amazing experience. Would book here again."

"Gorgeous property with a stunning mix of old and modern. Amazing location right in the centre of town and we could walk everywhere which we loved. The coffee house (Madness Coffee) right next door did the BEST breakfasts. Lovely choice of tapas/bars/restaurants really close by. Beach and esplanade less than 5 mins walk too. The castle is well worth a visit too!"

"Clara in reception was wonderful and incredibly helpful. Helped us store medication and rang us when our room was ready, even though we were quite early.
Room was nice and spacious. Was on a high floor so not much noise. Need was incredibly comfortable. Would stay here again and ready commend it. "

"Myself and my partner stayed in the D3 room that included a en-suite and nice balcony. We had such a wonderful time in Alicante, and that's due in part to such a nice stay here.
Caroline and crew were very accommodating, and provided incredibly useful information on travel from the airport, to the hotel prior to our arrival. It helped us have a stress free time.
The addition of baggage storage and amenities including shared storage with the choice to use items left by previous guests, and the option to do the same, was greatly appreciated!
We would greatly recommend a stay here if you want to be right in the town, and a comfy cozy place to sleep."
"Lovely staff who were extremely helpful with any questions we had. Good breakfast buffet and excellent location with great views from the room/terrace. Hotel room was a good size for 3 and was very clean. "
"We stayed for 5 nights and it was really enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was brilliant in the room. There is a spar supermarket across the road and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where there’s buses every 15/20 minutes to bring you into the centre and it takes about 15 minutes on the bus. The staff in the hotel were very friendly.
We didn’t include breakfast but we did enquire one morning and it was €19 per person which we felt was a bit pricey. We made use of the rooftop area and used the sun loungers and the pool. Towards the weekend on the Friday and Saturday it was very busy and we didn’t get loungers.!"
