"Excellent property! We had two couples and it was very comfortable. Love the beachfront location. The refrigerator struggled to get cool when we first arrived and loaded it up, but the property manager was very responsive and made sure it was running properly. Would definitely stay again!"

"Everything was wonderful. I did feel the water situation was not the best. We lost electricity a few times, but, it was still the best property for our family. We had the best time and the few blips were insignificant. Ricky, the property manager was amazing and was there anytime there was even the slightest issue. It’s wonderful to have a house literally on the beach. Check in and check out were a breeeze"

"We had an amazing time with family. The property is about 20 to 30 minutes south of town so not a far drive, which you will have to do if you dont bring food. It is a very private resort with a private beach. You will also have a "pass" or access to the grand mayan resort which is about a 10 min drive where they have a lazy river and restaurants (i dont recommend restaurants there however lol food was bad). We ended up buying groceries at walmart and grilling by the pools. Which i found out the offer to pick up groceries for you as well! Check-in was pretty easy. Hotels.com phone number provided was out of service so i sent a message and they immediately called me to provide more information on how to get there and what to expect. The Condo itself was super spacious we had 3 master bedrooms, 2 of which had access to the balcony. The a/c worked great and there was plenty of towels for everyone (6 of us) the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you need as well as appliances. The jet hottub in one of the master bathrooms did not work so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall, we would definitely stay again. "
