The porch is an extension of the family room with a comfortable wicker sectional sofa with seating that overlooks the inviting oasis pool area. The porch features a 2022 Caribbean style 7 ft billiards table. There is even a flat screen 65 inch smart tv mounted on the wall. This space overlooks the pool and well landscaped backyard.
FIRST FLOOR PRIMARY BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE. A spacious first floor primary bedroom is conveniently located off the kitchen. The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large closet, en-suite bath and private access to the front porch with wooden swing, and fan. Relax in your private retreat which features a smart TV. Now for the fun! The pool is amazing. A shallow pool for young children leads to the deeper section and the pool is wrapped with a sitting ledge and spa jets around the deep end. A hot tub is located on the pool deck for even more relaxation. The pool may be heated for an additional fee. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures. Watch your favorite movies or catch up on the news on your outdoor TV, conveniently positioned at the hot tub. A lush landscaped fenced back yard creates this area a tropical oasis and features a putting green for the golf enthusiast!
