“We were 3 friends travelling together. There were only 2 rooms, the third person had to sleep on the fold-out lounge, so there was nowhere to sit except at the table. There was an upstairs loft, but no air conditioning up there, so too hot. The apartment would have been fabulous for 2, or perhaps 2 couples, though there is only one bathroom. “We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable beds, lots of towels but low on toilet paper! It’s 3 flights of stairs up to the flat so you need to be in fairly good shape. We did have difficulty with the keys. They are old, as to be expected but would not open easily! Maria greeted us at the waterbus dock and gave us a great orientation of the area! I give it a 10 score! ”

“We had an amazing time at this hotel. So close to the Rialto Bridge maybe 2 mins walk, and also the water taxis, which meant that we could easily get to the train station when we left the hotel will 3 cases. Breakfast was good, and staff very helpful (great coffee). Highly recommend and we will be back as this was our first trip to Venice. Loved every minute and we would only book here.
