Great location for travelling around Italy, especially into Venice with excellent bus services. The surrounding area offers plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff were very helpful and the room was very spacious.

Perfect hotel for a lower cost stay for Venice. Close to train station (10 min walk) and 10 min ride to Venice. Great restaurant for dinner near by and very good breakfast at hotel in the morning.

Walking distance from Mestre station, easy to teach via paved footpath. Surrounding is safe, transportation very accessible. A couple of nice cafes within a minute’s walk. Room was clean and comfortable. The night temperature was unseasonably high, and the A/C regulator broke, so we had to leave the window open. There are several metal drain covers on the road right in front and even though we were on the seventh floor, the noise due to vehicles passing over the drains was very loud. Wifi took some time to connect up in the room, but worked after router was reset by desk staff. There was an electric kettle in the room but no cups, nor teabags which had to be fetched from downstairs. Other than such minor issues, our stay was comfortable.
