Not complaining, it was the best price in the area at the time I booked. Room 112 could use some renovation. Bathroom tiles are loose and floor is uneven which is unsafe when wet. Some stains in the linens. Still clean though, good refrigerator and microwave. Definitely a room designed for extended stays. I'd stay again, but I'm not going to mislead any review readers by saying it's an excellent room. Breakfast was fair, eggs and Polish sausage. Not bad really, unless you are picky about the free things I mentioned, which is understandable.
This might be the best hotel/motel I have ever stayed at for the price. Fantastic in every way. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, etc. If your in the area definitely stay here.
I stayed one night with my daughter. The location was convenient to Lambuth campus. The bedding was dirty and the pillows non existent but, the actual bed was comfortable. The area around motel seemed sketchy. Front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly.
Pictures do not reflect property. Non smoking room smelt like smoke made my wife sick was only in room for twenty minutes before returning key and leaving. Did not feel safe here
The outside of the hotel looks okay. Things have been recently repainted. The neighborhood isn't attractive, but it doesn't seem particularly unsafe. The location is very convenient to both the interstate and the entire rest of the city. The interior of the room was clean but in very poor repair. The bathroom floor looked like it was about to collapse. Light fixtures were loose and damaged. The place is falling apart, but it was clean and repainted.
Bed was comfortable!
Tub/floor uneven, bathroom door needs to be replaced, door to outside did not close tight, when locked it could still be opened, reading lights over the bed had no bulbs, couch was VERY stained! Shabby & rundown room! Was told it was a no smoking room but the tub & toilet seat had cigarette burns! Outside the room was a walkway then grass, the grass was covered with cigarette butts!
Breakfast was scrambled eggs that were burnt, coffee was good but no choice for cream/sugar only powdered creamer & regular sugar. When I checked in, I was asked if I had a dog (chose this place because it said pet friendly) they charged me a $15 fee for the dog! Would not recommend this place
The room, tub and sink were in poor condition and the floor was sticky.
The water in the sink sprayed everywhere because the screen was missing in the faucet.
AC struggled to keep the room cool, bathroom tile was mislaid and uneven creating a dangerous hazard, sheets had burn holes and towels had stains. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
