Centrally located to everything Jacksonville has to offer. This is walk and bike friendly neighborhood that less than 1 mile from downtown Jacksonville with all kinds of fine dining, bars breweries and coffee shops. A short bike ride to Jacksonville Jaguars game, concerts and many more.
The space
This cute single level apartment has everything you need to stay for a day, a week, a month or three months. The bedroom has a brand new tempur pedic mattress, a smart TV and a desk for your accessories or working station. The kitchen has all the basic cooking needed essentials. There is a dining table in the kitchen can accommodate 2-4 people for a casual meal. Full bathroom has a walk in shower and plenty of shelving spaces.

Pet policy:
PETS are welcome to our vacation rental. There will be an additional $95 pet fee required for first dog and $25 for each additional dogs after first one. Our housekeeping need special cleaning procedures for our next guests after each pet check out.

Nice place a little pricey for no stove. But access to laundry is always a plus. Neighborhood is okay.
