WiFi “Villa Seniola” is a very modern luxurious detached villa with magnific views located only a few minutes walk from Jávea/Xàbia old town and 1.5 Km from the beach. It has private swimming pool, garden, two terraces, great naya with lounge and dinning area, five double bedrooms, three baths (one en-suite), lounge-dinning room up to ten guest and large living room. Air condition with heating pump in all the house.BBQ In the ground floor we found two rooms, one bath, the kitchen (totally equipped for ten people, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). The lounge-dinning room and naya with sofas and table ideal for cosy breakfasts. Upstairs you can find three double bedrooms, two baths (one en-suite), living room and the terrace. (Satellite TV and DVD available) . Free Internet access (Wi-Fi) Availability of baby's cot without charge under previous request. Covered parking for two large cars and uncovered parking for several vehicles. Swimming pool with access door for children. We arrived quite late on the first nigh and everything was shut. Raul just drove me to the supermarket to pick up some supplies, so that we could eat, which was so nice of him. The house was brilliant. A ten minute walk from the old town and about 30 mins from the beach, but there is a great little train/bus that takes you down from the old time. The villa is well equipped with dishes and glasses. It is within easy walking distance of thd old town bars and restaurants. The outside area could do with some tlc, cleaning and weeding etc and also some cushions for the sunbeds. The inside lacks mirrors, which makes geting ready to go out difficult, especially for the younger members of our party! We had baggage issues, which meant we were very late getting to Javea...Juan met us and showed us around the property, even at the very late hour! The villa is huge and the outside space and pool were great. It's a great location, 20 min comfortable walk to the nearest supermarket. 40 minute walk to Arenal beach, down the back lanes, which were very quiet...perfect for a baby to nap, en route! We made good use of the facilities and cooked at home quite a lot....bbq's were great. negatives: a lot of the crockery is either cracked or chipped and should really be replaced. My son in law made a coffee, which leaked out of one of the cracks in the mug. We also found we had to wash quite a bit before we could use it....perhaps needed checking before the next visitors checked in? that said, when I messaged to say we couldn't find any oven gloves, Juan came around that evening, with new ones.. The travel cot and high chair were pretty grubby too. we washed the high chair cover but not a lot we could do with the cot....my daughter ended up putting the baby on a double bed(luckily she was not rolling yet) as she was not happy to use the travel cot. We had room to spare, otherwise this would not have been an option. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday, but a little attention to detail would have made it so much better. We wish we could have stayed longer. Raul was very attentive, and any problems (light bulbs) were dealt with promptly. In 15 minuten wandel je naar het pittoreske centrum van Javea waar veel restaurantjes zijn. Het gezellige havengebied en het Arenal strand met boulevard liggen op loop- of fietsafstand. (ca 3 km) Kortom een prima locatie en een mooie villa. Raul is een goede gastheer en reageert snel mocht je een vraag hebben. De uitrusting van de villa is goed en wij kregen wekelijks schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Menaje muy completo, mucho espacio de almacenaje, cocina buena. Con una segunda nevera/congelador. La mesa del porche está muy bien y casi todo el día a la sombra. La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos, está muy bien. Todas las estancias son amplias, tiene un salón comedor grandísimo en la planta baja y otro salón en la planta alta. La terraza fantástica sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que hemos estado a principios de noviembre, pero con buen magnífico. La casa muy limpia y completa. Mesa grande. La situación de la casa es tranquila y no masificada. We were a party of 10 adults visiting Javea for the first time. The old town is beautiful and a walkable distance. The beach and port are a car drive away, offering a huge choice of restaurants. It would have been useful to have a guide/recommendations to restaurants and beaches in the local area at the villa. The Villa is well equipped for 10 people although there is a lack of mirrors in all the rooms and no full length mirror (essential for young adults). A great villa with very spacious accommodation, a beautiful pool with a fabulous bbq area and in a lovely peaceful location. It is located about a five minute walk from the old town, which is simple stunning. It's approximately five minutes by car from most of the larger named Spanish supermarkets and very convenient for a quick trip to the beach. I was able to contact the owner quite quickly for an issue that occurred. On the negative side the villa was looking a little tired and with it really just being the beginning of the season I thought some better maintenance work would have been done. Just a 10 minute drive from the beach full of bars/restaurants, and just a 5 minute drive from essential shops. Would highly recommend to anyone for a clean and beautiful house.
