“My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. VRBO offered us assistance in finding another host and covering the cost of a higher price. That was wonderful. Due to the late time of day we declined and was given a full refund. Great job by……

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Mystic Falls and within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and filming locations. “Pros: really soft and comfy beds, plenty of towels (found in the dryer), large TV in living room, washer and dryer in unitCons: didn’t receive code for front door until I called the owner 5x (voicemail was full) and messaged VRBO asking for it on Friday night when we arrived. He called back Sunday to see why we called. Paint was peeling on walls. It definitely wasn’t cleaned properly before we checked in (clothing stickers on the walls and tinsel all over the floor). Front screen door was broken……

“We absolutely loved our stay! This was our first Air B&B stay and I think we have now been spoiled. The Host seriously thought of everything. We were greeted by a basket of chocolate candy! There were toiletries, so if you forget shampoo, no worries. There were K cups for coffee, even a sponge for dishes and a USB port adapter. Don’t worry if you bring your dog, they even provide doggy bags, towels to wipe off feet and a gated yard to run free. I loved the ease of logging onto the WiFi. There……
