“Everything was good”

“Hazardous room!. The shower / bath tub bottom was so slippery I was afraid I was going to fall. The front desk had no bat tub mat, so I bought my own. The front door step was very steep and had no warning sign, so I about fell into my room on my first entry attempt. The toilet paper dispenser and hair dryer were broken. The room was fairly clean. However there were some spots on the bed quilts. Mean and rude man at front desk greeted me when I checked in. Luckily a coworker showed up and……

“Staff was very helpful, though we had to change rooms twice, due to damage issues and non working tv and other problems we were gone all day our 2nd day and our luggage was in the room and when we returned we had been checked and locked out , even though we had reservations, the night clerk from the night before was once again helpful in getting in our room, she was much more helpful than the franchisee, the breakfast was sparse at best, we were quite dissatisfied to say the least, Wyndham and……

“Easy check in and the owners were responsive to every question. Clean rooms, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very convenient to downtown. Would stay here again, without question.”

“I checked into my room when I got there. Walked into it, and there was mold in my first room on the wall. So they moved me to a different room. The second room had red stains all over the bed. So I ended up just leaving not even staying the night. Do not stay here.”

“The check in staff seemed angry that I booked on Expedia and used every AND I MEAN EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY to insult me and deny me any concessions. They told me that I could not get credit for my stay on the honors program and I know thats not true, they told me I could not hold my room (until i insisted on speaking to a manager) and they told me that I could not have the honors perks like the goodie bag even though he looked my membership up! There were large ugly stains in the hallways and……

“There were a lot of maintainence materials in the waiting area.b The lobby was unavailable for sitting or waiting. The area was filled with materials . Carpeting. a and boxes. .”

“This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee……
