"We stayed in Chengdu for a couple of nights on our way to HK and looking back, we wish we stayed longer!
We had a great experience at Canopy, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jack at the concierge who helped to rush our bags out the hotel at the end of our stay when we were running late for our taxi! We also forgot to buy a travel adaptor and the hotel kindly let us borrow one for our stay.
We stayed with our 3 kids aged 10, 7 and 2 and even with a cot bed in the room, the rooms were really spacious including the bathroom area. The beds were also very large which was handy with our kids but the pillows were a little on the soft side for our personal liking.
The breakfast was good but had limited options for those with vegetarian / halal dietary requirement.
It was very close to Tianfu Square and plenty of food options in the local area.
The hotel itself was also very clean with lots of picture opportunities.
The only annoying thing was that you had to go up two sets of lifts to get to your rooms, but other than that minor inconvenience, everything was great.
We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it for others 👍"
